Robert Brown is the Director of American Overseas Recruitment Consulting Services one of the largest and most successful American registered and licensed employment and recruiting company, focused on providing organizational effectiveness services to hundred of companies including agribusiness and food supply chain companies.

At AORCS, Robert Brown is responsible for managing and growing the Leadership Development group and providing consulting services to clients in the areas of leadership and team development, executive coaching, strategic talent management, change and transition, and strategic planning. 

Prior to AORCS, Robert was vice president of human resources for Office Depot's business services division. Robert worked as a faculty member, conducted research, and taught communication and leadership development courses at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business; the University of Waikato, New Zealand, Management Communication Department; and the University of Colorado at Boulder, Communication Department.

From 1991 to 1999, Robert was president of a training and development firm, bridging the Gap Consulting. His diverse client list includes such organizations as: AT&T, Bank of America, Coors, Kaiser Permanente, Dave & Busters, Deloitte and Touche, First Data Corporation, Fresh Produce, Hewlett-Packard, Monsanto, Housing and Urban Development—Office of Inspector General, Ralston Purina, and the University of Denver—Daniels College of Business.

Robert holds a Ph.D. and M.A in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado and a BA in Conflict Studies from Earlham College

 

AORCS HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Floyce Gaylord understands the complex organizational, operational, and financial issues faced by private and academic group practices. She helps skilled and unskilled staffs design effective operational systems and organizations, with particular attention toward efficient reimbursement systems and accurate financial analysis. 

​

With significant consulting work in Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, and Neurosurgery, Floyce has consulted with more than 230 clients, encompassing over 1,300 skilled and unskilled workers in 24 specialties. 

An AORCS Associate since 1994, Floyce draws upon ten years of consulting, and six years of experience as a practice administrator, to effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians, managers, staff, and hospital and practice plan administrators. 

​

Floyce’s consulting projects include overall practice evaluations, redesigning billing processes for increased collection effectiveness, assessing external billing service performance, analyzing fee schedules to maximize reimbursement, managed care contract and reimbursement analysis, and physician compensation modeling. 

​

In addition, Floyce uses her operational expertise and direct administrative experience to assist practices with recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers and practice administrators. For managers new to a practice setting, she provides customized training, orientation, and coaching for an effective start in a new position. 

​

Floyce holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Amoura Hudson is accomplished human resources professional whose expertise includes employee relations, recruitment, affirmative action, performance management, and training. She has extensive experience in working within corporate environments and coaching their management teams on a variety of employee issues, as well as a successful record of building relationships with employees at all levels. 

​

Amoura Hudson's background includes corporate human resources, having spent 12 years employed by Experience, and recruitment consulting for notable companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle. Her expertise extends into computer analysis experience with LaSalle National Bank for three years and with Chicago Board Options Exchange in computer operations.

 

Amoura Hudson holds a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certificate, and obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University.

AORCS PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER

Regina Smith is AORCS Public Relation Officer and internal communications of AORCS. In this role, Regina Smith has worldwide responsibility for leading the company’s strategies in the areas of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, staffing, diversity, learning, human resource systems and processes, and internal communications. 

​

Regina Smith joined AORCS in January 2003 after being employed by Honeywell International for eight years where she served in various roles in the human resources area. During her tenure at Honeywell, Regina Smith held positions at the aerospace division, the specialty materials division and at the corporate headquarters. Prior to joining Honeywell, Regina Smith was also director of global compensation at Avon Products and a principal at Strategic Compensation Associates.

 

Regina Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Michigan and received a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in city planning from Harvard University. 

​

Regina Smith is a member of the Personnel Roundtable and on the advisory boards of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies and The Rutgers Business School. She also serves on the board of directors and chairs the compensation committee for AORCS.
